Work experience
My work experience mainly revolves around strategy, operations and sales. I started my career in Management Consulting and then pivoted to Private Banking and I am currently in the Ad tech sector doing advertising sales, and leading a team of account managers.
What energises me at work
Discovering the strengths of individuals and being able to expand their skillsets and bring growth in people. Things are easier when people are in their comfort zone, but true growth involves stepping out of our comfort zones and accepting opportunities / challenges as it comes our way!
One thing I'm proud of achieving in my career
My mentorship interest stemmed from the pandemic, when I volunteered to help people who were laid off during COVID to find new roles. I have coached and mentored over 30 individuals from all walks of life, in areas such as CV review and interview coaching.
