Who We Are

Few of us can predict where our careers will lead. I can personally attest to that. As a young government scholar just starting work, I never imagined leaving the government service. Yet, after 15 years, spanning 3 industries and 6 roles, I have embarked on a new adventure as an entrepreneur. I successfully made these career pivots with invaluable support from mentors - trusted individuals who are sounding boards, share their experience and give you the confidence to succeed. However, not everyone has access to these networks. In a world where nonlinear careers are becoming the norm, I created Jump Mentors so that anyone can navigate their careers successfully with the insights and support from a larger community.
