My primary focus is always to create an excellent customer experience. I regularly mentor others and founded a community in Singapore, "For Her Success" to enable those who want to grow in Customer Success

What energises me at work

Leading and scaling a Customer Success team during rapid growth energised me, as it combined my passion for mentoring others with creating meaningful impact for customers and the business

One thing I'm proud of achieving in my career

During my 7 months in-between jobs I founded a company HelloSuccess Pte Ltd and soon to be teaching a Customer Success course in partnership with SUSS university
