I am backed by 15 years of experience as a people leader, partnering with leaders and individual contributors alike across 5 continents and industries as varied as technology, financial services and utilities. I have a background in psychology, which informs the work that I do.
I support and guide people through personal and professional transitions, whether that be career development, team-building, promotions, lateral moves like changing industries, locations, roles, or even navigating corporate restructuring.
What energises me at work
I enjoy connecting with people and learning about what makes them successful. As a coach and talent partner, I enjoy the “ah-ha” moment when people are able to shift their perspective on themselves and/or their perceptions of the environment around them to uncover new possibilities.
One thing I'm proud of achieving in my career
I have hired and set-up a number of new offices and established new regional teams for the businesses that I’ve worked with. I enjoy being a trusted advisor to hiring partners that often exist beyond our relationships with the companies we were once employed by!
