Work experience
I am currently the co-founder and Managing Director of Afinitiq, a customer strategy consultancy with a mission to help startups and SMBs grow and succeed through a customer-first approach. Prior to that I spent 15+ years leading and managing teams across Marketing and Consulting to drive meaningful impact for customers. Having worked in entrepreneurial and corporate environments across APAC and the US with globally dispersed teams, I have hands on experience growing and developing people across multicultural lines, and empowering them to do their best work.
What energises me at work
I see myself as a People Builder first and foremost. I've always believed as a leader, you're only as good as the people you work with. Empowering people to do great things, see them grow, and reaching their objectives gives me energy to do what I do.
One thing I'm proud of achieving in my career
Having witnessed and being directly involved in building the digital ecosystem in APAC is an experience that I will always be grateful for. From helping startups and small businesses reach new customers through digital ads and apps, to helping consumers find information and entertain themselves with content on the web, the impact that I've been able to deliver to users is one that I'm proud of and that continues to drive me today
